eutrain Terms & Conditions
Operator SMEA GLOBAL LIMITED
Effective date 10 August 2026
Applies to Website, mobile applications and other digital platformsContact service@eutrain.com
Important: These Terms govern eutrain's booking and platform services. The rail journey itself is supplied by the relevant railway operator under a separate contract of carriage and the operator's fare and transport conditions.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service and Booking Conditions (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and SMEA GLOBAL LIMITED for your access to and use of eutrain.com, the eutrain mobile applications, and any other digital platforms or interfaces through which eutrain makes its services available (collectively, the "Platform"), including our search, booking, payment-support, ticket-delivery and after-sales functions (the "Booking Services").By using the Platform, creating an account, selecting a product, submitting a booking or after-sales request, or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or submit a booking. The version of these Terms in force when a booking is submitted governs that booking. Booking-specific information shown before payment, the relevant railway operator's terms, and any product-specific terms also form part of your agreement. Our Privacy Policy applies separately to the processing of personal data.
2. About eutrain and how to contact us
The eutrain Platform and Booking Services are operated by SMEA GLOBAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with company registration number 78535087 ("SMEA", "eutrain", "we", "us" or "our").Registered address: Room 22, 11/F, China United Plaza, 1008 Tai Nan West Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.Customer service and legal notices: service@eutrain.com. Please include your booking reference and the email address used for the booking when contacting us about an order. We may use affiliates, authorised distributors, booking technology providers, payment processors and other service providers to perform parts of the Booking Services. Unless we clearly identify another contracting party before you book, SMEA remains your contracting party for the Booking Services.
3. Key definitions

- Carrier Terms: the Carrier's fare rules, conditions of carriage, passenger policies and other product-specific rules.
- Passenger: each person named in or entitled to travel under a Booking.
- Rail Product: a rail ticket, rail pass, seat reservation or related rail product made available through the Platform.

4. Our role and the contract structure
eutrain is a booking intermediary and ticket vendor. We help you search for and book Rail Products supplied by Carriers, directly or through authorised distribution and technology partners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, eutrain is not a railway undertaking, does not operate trains, and does not itself provide the transportation. When a Booking is confirmed, two distinct legal relationships normally arise: (a) a contract between you and SMEA for the Booking Services, governed by these Terms; and (b) a separate contract of carriage or product contract between the Passenger and the relevant Carrier, governed by the Carrier Terms and applicable passenger-rights law.The Carrier is responsible for operating the service, timetables, rolling stock, on-board service, safety, luggage, accessibility assistance, delays, cancellations and performance of the contract of carriage. We remain responsible for performing our own Booking Services with the care and skill required by applicable law.If these Terms conflict with booking-specific information, the booking-specific information prevails for that Booking. If these Terms conflict with the Carrier Terms on a matter concerning transportation, ticket validity, fares, changes, refunds or passenger conduct, the Carrier Terms prevail, subject always to mandatory law.Rail Products sold through the Platform are individual transport products. They do not constitute a package or linked travel arrangement unless we expressly state otherwise before payment.
5. Eligibility and bookings for other people
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. A minor may travel only as permitted by the Carrier Terms and applicable law.If you book for another Passenger, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that Passenger, that you have obtained any consent needed to provide their personal data, and that you will give them the Booking Confirmation, Carrier Terms and all travel instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and for payment of the Booking. You may use the Booking Services only for genuine personal or authorised business travel. You must not make speculative, false or duplicate bookings, resell Rail Products without permission, or use a payment method you are not authorised to use.
6. Search results and product information
Search results, timetables, availability, fare conditions, station information and other travel data are supplied by Carriers and distribution partners and may change at any time. We take reasonable care when presenting this information, but a search result is not a guarantee that a Rail Product remains available at the displayed price. Before payment, we will display the material booking information made available to us, including the Carrier, route, date and scheduled time, class, passenger type, total price, and key change and refund conditions. You must review the final booking summary carefully. In particular, check Passenger names, dates, times, stations, direction of travel, ages, discount entitlements, class and ticket flexibility.Station names may be similar and some cities have multiple stations. Timetables may use local time. Connection times, platform information and real-time updates are estimates unless confirmed by the Carrier. Always check the Booking Confirmation, ticket, station displays and Carrier communications. If information supplied by a third party is incomplete, inconsistent or obviously incorrect, contact us before booking. We may correct obvious display, availability or pricing errors and will give you the choice of accepting a corrected offer or receiving a refund if an affected Booking cannot be honoured.
7. Making a Booking and contract formation
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase the selected Rail Product and request the Booking Services. An on-screen acknowledgement or payment authorisation alone does not mean that the Booking has been accepted.A Booking becomes binding only when we issue a Booking Confirmation or the relevant ticket, whichever occurs first. If a Booking contains several Rail Products, each product may be accepted separately. We may confirm only part of a Booking and will identify any unsuccessful part.If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation or ticket within the time indicated on the Platform, check your spam folder and account, then contact us. Do not make a duplicate purchase unless you have confirmed that the first attempt failed. We are not responsible for the cost of an avoidable duplicate booking caused by submitting the same request again. We may refuse or cancel a Booking before or after confirmation where reasonably necessary because of unavailable inventory, a manifest price or product error, failed or reversed payment, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, misuse of the Platform, or a Carrier's refusal to issue or honour the Rail Product. If we cancel for a reason not caused by your breach, we will return any amount paid for the unavailable Rail Product, subject to applicable law.Electronic records held by us, our payment processors, distribution partners and Carriers may be used as evidence of your Booking, payment, acceptance and communications, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Prices, currencies and fees
eutrain does not charge a separate booking service fee for completing a standard Booking. The total amount payable before you confirm will include the fare and any applicable seat-reservation charge, Carrier charge, tax, optional product or other amount disclosed in the booking summary.A technical service fee may apply if you later ask us to process an eligible voluntary change, cancellation or refund. The amount or calculation method, and whether it is refundable if a request cannot be completed, will be shown before you submit the request. Carrier penalties, fare differences and other Carrier charges are separate from any eutrain technical service fee.We will not charge a eutrain technical service fee where doing so is prohibited by law or inconsistent with a mandatory fee-free remedy for a Carrier-caused cancellation or disruption.Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies. If currency conversion is offered, the applicable rate and any conversion charge included in the total will be shown before payment. Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may separately charge foreign-transaction, conversion, overdraft or other fees; those charges are not imposed or controlled by eutrain.Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds are initiated in the original payment currency and to the original payment method. Exchange-rate movements and third-party banking charges may mean that the amount credited differs from the amount shown in another currency at the time of booking.
9. Payment and fraud prevention
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device and Booking. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their own terms and privacy notices. You confirm that the payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We or our payment partners may perform authentication, verification, fraud screening, pre-authorisation and security checks, including 3-D Secure or equivalent checks.Your payment method may be authorised or charged before ticket issuance. If the Booking fails, we will void the authorisation or initiate a refund for the unsuccessful amount. The time for a pending authorisation to disappear or a refund to appear is controlled by your payment provider. If a payment is reversed, charged back or otherwise not received after a valid Rail Product has been issued, we may seek payment, suspend the account or cancel the Rail Product where the Carrier permits. Nothing in these Terms limits any lawful right you have to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment.
10. Passenger details and group bookings
Passenger names, dates of birth, age categories, identification details, residency and discount information must be complete and accurate. Many Rail Products are personal and non-transferable, and some Carriers do not allow name changes. A spelling error may require cancellation and rebooking at the current fare or may make the ticket unusable. The person making the Booking must obtain each Passenger's authority to use their data and must ensure that every Passenger receives all relevant documents and instructions. We may discuss a Booking only with the purchaser, the account holder or another person whose authority we can reasonably verify.Carrier limits may apply to the number of Passengers in one online Booking. Larger groups may need a separate group-booking process and different payment, change and cancellation rules.
11. Ticket delivery and use
Delivery methods depend on the Carrier and Rail Product. A ticket or fulfilment instruction may be provided by email, in the Platform, through a Carrier application, as a print-at-home document, as a collection code, or by another method shown before or after purchase. You must provide a working email address, keep sufficient device access and battery power, download or print documents where required, and contact us promptly if a ticket or essential instruction is missing. A Booking Confirmation may not itself be valid for travel unless it expressly says so.The Passenger must comply with all use instructions, including any requirement to activate a pass, validate or check in a ticket, reserve a seat, collect a paper ticket, use a specified train, or present a matching passport, identity document, railcard, residency evidence or other entitlement. Failure to do so may lead to refusal of travel, a new fare or a penalty imposed by the Carrier.Tickets, passes and reservations must not be altered, duplicated, counterfeited, resold or used by anyone other than the eligible Passenger. Replacement of a lost, deleted, damaged or inaccessible Rail Product is subject to the Carrier Terms and may not be possible.
12. Rail passes, seat reservations and discounts
12.1 Rail passes
Pass eligibility may depend on age, country of residence, activation date, travel period and participating networks. The purchaser and each Passenger must check eligibility before purchase. A pass may require activation in a separate application and may be non-transferable after issuance or activation.A rail pass does not necessarily include a seat reservation. Reservations or supplements may be compulsory on high-speed, international, night, panoramic or other services, may have limited passholder inventory, and may require an additional charge.
12.2 Seat reservations
A reservation is valid only with any required underlying ticket or pass. Seat numbers, carriage numbers, direction of travel and facilities are allocated by the Carrier and may change for operational reasons. Unless expressly guaranteed, we cannot promise adjacent seats, a particular direction, table, window, quiet area or other preference.
12.3 Discounts and passenger categories
If a fare depends on age, residency, a railcard, membership or other entitlement, the Passenger must meet the conditions throughout the journey and carry acceptable proof. If the proof is missing or invalid, the Carrier may charge a new fare or penalty and no refund is guaranteed.
13. Through-tickets, combined journeys and separate tickets
An itinerary may be issued as a single through-ticket, as several tickets forming a through-ticket under applicable law, or as separate transport contracts. Before payment and in the Booking Confirmation, we will identify the arrangement based on the information supplied by the Carrier or distributor. If an itinerary is expressly shown as separate tickets or separate transport contracts, a delay or cancellation affecting one segment may not give you the right to use, change or refund another segment. You may need to buy a new ticket and seek any available remedy from the Carrier responsible for the disruption. Allow sufficient transfer time and consider the size and layout of interchange stations. If an itinerary is sold as a through-ticket, or applicable law treats it as one, the Passenger may have additional rights for missed connections, rerouting, reimbursement, assistance or compensation. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory responsibility imposed on eutrain as a ticket vendor for combining tickets or failing to give required pre-contract information.
14. Changes, cancellations and refunds
The ability to change, cancel or refund a Rail Product is determined primarily by the fare conditions, Carrier Terms and applicable law. Some fares are fully flexible, some permit changes or refunds with deductions, and others are non-changeable and non-refundable. The key conditions made available to us are shown before payment and in or with the Booking Confirmation.A request is not completed until confirmed by us or the Carrier. Availability, prices and deadlines may change while the request is being processed. We may apply an operational cut-off earlier than the Carrier's departure time where reasonably necessary to submit and complete the request; any applicable cut-off will be shown in the Platform. An eligible change may require payment of a fare difference, Carrier fee and disclosed eutrain technical service fee. If the replacement fare is lower, any return of the difference depends on the Carrier Terms. A ticket may need to be cancelled and rebooked rather than directly changed. An eligible refund may be reduced by Carrier deductions and a disclosed eutrain technical service fee. Non-refundable components, expired products, no-show tickets, used or partially used products, and requests submitted after the applicable deadline may not qualify. A refund request may become irreversible once transmitted to the Carrier.Where possible, refunds are returned to the original payment method. A Carrier may instead require a voucher, credit or other method. We will initiate or pass on an approved refund after the Carrier or distribution partner confirms the amount. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.If you believe a refund is overdue or incorrect, contact us with the Booking reference and supporting evidence. A general enquiry does not itself cancel a ticket, stop a deadline or extend a Carrier claim period.
15. Delays, cancellations, missed connections and passenger rights
The Carrier is responsible for disruptions to the transport service. Depending on the journey, ticket arrangement, cause and applicable law, a Passenger may be entitled to information, rerouting, reimbursement, assistance, accommodation, or delay compensation. These rights may arise under the Carrier Terms, national law, the CIV Uniform Rules, Regulation (EU) 2021/782 or other passenger-rights rules.A refund of an unused ticket, delay compensation and reimbursement of reasonable expenses are different remedies and may have different procedures, evidence and deadlines. Claims may need to be made directly to the Carrier. Where our systems and authority allow, we may help transmit a request, but assistance does not make us the Carrier or guarantee approval.Follow instructions from the Carrier and station staff. Keep the ticket, Booking Confirmation, delay or cancellation notice, replacement-ticket receipt and itemised receipts for necessary expenses. Do not assume that a hotel, taxi, meal or replacement journey will be reimbursed unless the Carrier or applicable law authorises it.Information about strikes, engineering work, platform changes, delays and cancellations may be incomplete or change at short notice. Check official Carrier and station information before travel. You may not recover the same loss twice from eutrain, a Carrier, insurer, payment provider or other party.
16. No general cooling-off right
Rail Products are generally passenger transport services for a specified date or period. A statutory cooling-off or change-of-mind cancellation right often does not apply to them. Your right to cancel or withdraw is therefore normally limited to the fare conditions, Carrier Terms and mandatory law that applies to you.By submitting a Booking, you request that we begin the Booking Services immediately. To the extent a separate withdrawal right could otherwise apply to the Booking Services, you acknowledge that the service may be fully performed once the Rail Product is issued, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
17. Accounts, guest checkout and communications
The Platform may allow you to create an account or book as a guest. Account features and availability may vary. You must keep login credentials confidential, use accurate and current information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security or by circumstances for which applicable law makes us responsible. We may require identity or booking verification before disclosing information or processing a request.Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Booking, invalidate a ticket, erase records we must retain, or end any outstanding payment, refund, complaint or legal obligation. You agree to receive booking confirmations, tickets, disruption information, security alerts, legal notices and service communications electronically at the contact details you provide. Marketing communications are handled separately and may be opted out of as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Promotions, vouchers and credits
A promotion, voucher or credit is also governed by the specific conditions communicated with it, including eligibility, minimum spend, participating products, currency, expiry and redemption limits. Unless stated otherwise, it is personal, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with another offer. If a Booking paid with a voucher or credit is refunded, the refund may be returned in the same form and may retain the original expiry date, subject to the specific offer terms and mandatory law. We may cancel a promotion or refuse redemption where there is fraud, misuse, a manifest error or breach of its conditions.
19. Acceptable use of the Platform
You must use the Platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- use false identities, unauthorised payment methods or fraudulent booking data;
- interfere with security, availability, performance or another user's access;
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits;
- use bots, scraping, crawling, data-mining or automated purchasing tools without our prior written permission;
- copy, republish or commercially exploit schedules, fares, content, software or databases except as permitted by law; or
- make speculative, duplicate or abusive bookings, or resell Rail Products without authorisation.
We may apply reasonable usage limits and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, Carriers, partners or the Platform, investigate misconduct, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
20. Intellectual property and feedback
The Platform, software, design, text, graphics, databases, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Platform for lawful booking and travel-management purposes.eutrain and associated logos and trade dress are trademarks or protected identifiers. No right is granted to use them, frame the Platform, create derivative services or imply endorsement without our prior written permission. If you voluntarily submit suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display it for operating and improving our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or confidential material.
21. Third-party services and links
The Platform may rely on or link to Carrier websites and applications, payment services, maps, identity tools, customer-support systems and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the third-party service. We are responsible for our selection and use of service providers only to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for an independent third party's content, security, availability or separate service merely because the Platform links to or interoperates with it.
22. Privacy and personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how SMEA collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data. To provide a Booking, data may be sent to Carriers, authorised distributors, payment providers, technology providers and authorities, including across national borders. If you provide another Passenger's personal data, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have told them how their data will be used. Do not provide sensitive information unless it is requested and necessary for the Booking or accessibility assistance. These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy. Privacy questions may be sent to service@eutrain.com.
23. Your travel responsibilities
You and each Passenger are responsible for arriving in sufficient time, using the correct station and service, monitoring official updates, and complying with Carrier staff instructions and applicable laws. You are responsible for passports, identity documents, visas, entry and transit requirements, health documents, parental authorisations and customs requirements. You must also check rules for luggage, bicycles, pets, dangerous items, children and passengers requiring assistance. Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of travel without a refund.Travel information on the Platform is general information, not legal, immigration, medical, safety or insurance advice. Consider obtaining appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical needs, missed connections and other risks relevant to your journey.
24. Platform availability and service changes
We aim to keep the Platform accurate, secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, device incompatibility or events outside our control may affect availability. We may change, withdraw or add Platform features and supported Rail Products. We will not intentionally remove a confirmed Passenger's contractual rights. You should download tickets and essential instructions before travel rather than relying solely on continuous Platform access.
25. Warranties and disclaimers
We will perform the Booking Services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express promise made in the final booking summary or any guarantee, warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.Subject to the preceding paragraph, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every Carrier, route or fare will be available; that search results include every possible option; that a displayed option is the lowest available price; or that third-party travel information will always be complete, current or error-free.We do not give warranties on behalf of a Carrier. Questions and claims about transportation, safety, luggage, on-board service, timetable performance, seat changes or other performance of the contract of carriage are governed by the Carrier Terms and applicable passenger-rights law.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, a refund obligation expressly accepted by us, or any liability, consumer guarantee or passenger right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We are responsible for direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable when these Terms were formed and that is caused by our breach of the Booking Services contract. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, your failure to follow instructions, or an event for which the Carrier or another third party is legally responsible, except to the extent applicable law places responsibility on us as a ticket vendor or intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption arising from a consumer Booking.Subject to the non-excludable liabilities above, our total aggregate liability arising from an affected Booking or related Booking Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid through eutrain for the affected Booking and (b) HKD 5,000. This cap does not reduce any statutory refund, reimbursement or compensation that applicable law requires us to provide. No provision in these Terms limits a Passenger's claim directly against a Carrier or the Carrier's liability under its contract of carriage, the CIV Uniform Rules, Regulation (EU) 2021/782 or other applicable transport law.
27. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure in our Booking Services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including widespread telecommunications or payment-system failure, cyberattack despite reasonable safeguards, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disorder, government action, sanctions, labour dispute, Carrier system failure or major transport disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and resume the affected Booking Services. This section does not remove any refund, assistance, passenger right or other remedy that mandatory law or the Carrier Terms gives you.
28. Complaints and claims
For a complaint about the Platform or Booking Services, email service@eutrain.com with your Booking reference, contact details, a clear description of the issue and relevant evidence. We will review the complaint and may ask for further information.A complaint about a train journey, delay, cancellation, luggage, accessibility assistance, injury or Carrier staff may need to be submitted directly to the Carrier or relevant enforcement body. We will provide available Carrier details or assist with routing the complaint where reasonably possible.Submitting a complaint to us does not extend a limitation period, Carrier deadline or statutory claim deadline unless applicable law says otherwise. If our internal process does not resolve the matter, you may use any court, regulator, consumer authority or alternative dispute mechanism available under mandatory law.
29. Mandatory regional consumer rights
29.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, the choice of Hong Kong law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would apply in your country of residence. Mandatory rail passenger rights remain unaffected. As described in section 16, fixed-date passenger transport products generally do not carry a general change-of-mind withdrawal right.
29.2 Australia
If the Australian Consumer Law applies, our Booking Services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any remedy available for their breach. Any exclusion, disclaimer or liability cap applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
29.3 United States, Canada and other countries
Nothing in these Terms waives a consumer protection, refund right, warranty, remedy, jurisdiction or limitation that the law applicable to you does not permit the parties to waive. Any provision that is invalid in your jurisdiction is limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms continue to apply.
30. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, the Booking Services contract and any non-contractual dispute with SMEA are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring or defend a claim in another court where mandatory consumer law gives that consumer the right to do so. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute, but this does not prevent urgent relief or suspend a legal deadline.
31. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, product or operational changes. The revised version will state its effective date and will be made available on the Platform. Where required, we will give additional notice of material changes.Changes to the Platform-use provisions apply from the stated effective date. A confirmed Booking remains governed by the version accepted when it was submitted, together with the applicable Carrier Terms, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
32. General provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, the final booking summary, product-specific terms and applicable Carrier Terms constitute the agreement relating to the relevant Booking. They replace prior discussions about the same subject, but do not exclude liability for fraud or a statement that law does not allow a party to exclude.Severability. If a court or authority finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions continue in effect. No waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only for the specific instance in which it is given.Assignment. You may not transfer a Booking or your rights except as permitted by the Carrier Terms or mandatory law. We may transfer these Terms or a Booking Services contract as part of a reorganisation, financing or sale of the relevant business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights.Third-party rights. Except for a Passenger's rights under a contract of carriage or mandatory law, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) or otherwise.Electronic communications. Electronic acceptance, confirmations, tickets and notices satisfy any requirement for writing to the extent permitted by law. You should retain a copy of these Terms and your Booking records.Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. Words such as "including" mean "including without limitation".
33. Language
These Terms may be translated for convenience. The English version is the legally binding and controlling version. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
